Situated strategically above Clarke Quay MRT Station with prime river and road frontages, this development was pivotal for the rejuvenation of the Singapore River along the Clarke Quay area and beyond. This landmark site presented a rare opportunity to create a focal development to better address the needs of the population as well as people passing through the site to and from the trains.
Two of the project’s blocks are programmed with Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) units varying in size from 50sqm to 85sqm and purpose-designed for the flexibility and mobility required by start-ups or home office operations at a unique riverfront location. These blocks supplement a 25-storey tower that accommodates larger offices at or above 150sqm. A transportation hub for taxis and mini-buses is proposed at the first basement level, with a direct pedestrian link to the MRT station.
